Speak Anything Android app never saves your device information, messages, contacts, location, or any other personal data on any server. Your device stays your device — we don't track it, store it, or share it.

What We Don't Collect

  • Device information (model, IMEI, hardware details)
  • Your messages or chat history on your device
  • Contact list or address book
  • GPS location or location history
  • Photos, videos, or media files
  • Browser history or app usage data

Your responsibility during consultations

⚠️ Important Warning

Our consultants will never ask for any personal details or financial information. If a consultant asks for such details during your consultancy or therapy session, please share only relevant information — never share everything.

User Responsibility

In case of any privacy leak, the user will be responsible for sharing the details. The company never shares your details with any consultant or any third party. You are in full control of what you choose to share during your session.

Safety Guidelines

  • Never share bank account or credit card details
  • Do not share OTPs, passwords, or PINs
  • Avoid sharing your full address or identity documents
  • Share only information relevant to your consultation
  • Report any consultant who asks for personal/financial details

Conversation Policy

How we handle your conversations

Conversation Storage & Monitoring

Conversations will be saved on the server for company monitoring purposes only. This is to ensure the quality of service and safety of our users. These conversations will never be shared with anyone — not even with the customer , consultant or any third party.

Auto-Deletion

All conversation records are automatically deleted after 30 days from the server. No permanent record is kept.

No Third-Party Access

Conversations are never shared with consultants, advertisers, or any third-party services.

Refund Policy

Understanding our refund process

Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining service integrity.

  • Refund Policy (First 60 Seconds)

    You may be eligible for a 100% refund if the call disconnects within 60 seconds due to a technical or experience issue. Refunds are not automatic—please submit a support request for review. Manual disconnections without a valid issue may not qualify for a refund.

  • Support-Requested Refunds

    Contact us within 24 hours of your session for refund requests due to technical issues or unsatisfactory service.

  • No Refund After Session Completion

    Once a session is completed, no refund is provided. You will have received the full service.

Defaulters may face account restrictions or suspension until all dues are cleared.
