Users can log in to Speak Anything only using their Gmail account. No other login methods (phone number, email/password, social login) are supported.
The same Gmail account you used to register and log in will be used to identify and process your account deletion request. Make sure you are logged in with the correct Gmail account before initiating the deletion process.
Only the account owner (the person with access to the registered Gmail account) can request account deletion. This ensures that no unauthorized person can delete your account without your consent.
Since login is Gmail-based, your identity is automatically verified through Google's authentication system. No additional identity verification is required for account deletion.
Step-by-step guide
Follow these simple steps to permanently delete your Speak Anything account. Please ensure you have read all the warnings and important information before proceeding.
Launch the Speak Anything application on your Android device. Make sure you have the latest version installed from the Google Play Store.
Log in using your registered Gmail account. This is the same Gmail you used when creating your Speak Anything account. Ensure you are logged into the correct account.
From the app dashboard (home screen), tap the hamburger menu icon (☰) located at the top-left corner to open the Side Menu / Navigation Drawer.
In the side menu, locate and tap on the "Customer Support" option. This will take you to the support section where you can manage your account settings.
On the Customer Support page, look for the menu icon (⋮) at the top-right corner. Tap on it and select the "Delete Account" option from the dropdown menu.
A confirmation alert dialog box will appear on your screen. This dialog contains important warnings about the consequences of deleting your account.
Read the warning message carefully. If you still wish to proceed, tap the "Confirm" or "Delete" button to permanently delete your account. This action cannot be undone.

Your data privacy after deletion
